1. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Simply enter the tracking number there to view real – time delivery updates. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 – 48 hours after shipment.
2. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. To start the process, go to the “Returns & Exchanges” section in your account, fill out the form, and follow the instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective items. Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
